I graduated from Temple University within 4 years, with a BFA degree in 1991, while working 3 jobs to pay for every penny of it myself. Then only 3 short years later I launched a graphic design, advertising and marketing studio in November of 1994. After 25+ successful years as an entrepreneur, as well as owning a couple other small business’s along the way, I decided to transition to real estate and follow my passion and fulfill additional dreams. My goals are to assist buyers, sellers and investors with some of the largest financial transactions they will every make, while also continuing to invest myself through rentals and fix/flips. First acquiring my PA realtor® license and then a NJ license, I jumped into commercial and residential real estate and as a dual licensed agent, I’m able to cross the state line offering more advantages to my clients. Having a wide personal experience of deals involving investment purchases, land deals, rentals, flips and construction knowledge, I am able to offer my clients a broad wealth of experience and knowledge. In addition, my expertise as a career entrepreneur offers a variety of strengths and leverage to professionally market, problem solve, negotiate and navigate complex deals. I take great pride in all that I do and am considered a savvy, driven, professional, and creative agent.
